A new variant of the Corona Omicron is spreading rapidly across the country. So far, about 300 Omicron cases have been reported in 16 states. Meanwhile, the Centre’s Modi government reviewed the states’ preparations for Omicron.

States have been asked to impose restrictions locally on upcoming festivals. Night curfews should be imposed, especially because of the upcoming festivals, and gatherings should be banned. According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, ICMR, Corona should be investigated, door-to-door case search should increase the number of RTPCR investigations.
Along with this, a buffer stock of oxygen should also be created. Medicine stocks should be kept in hospitals for about 30 days. People should be constantly informed about the Omicron coronavirus so that rumors do not spread, states should hold daily press briefings. States should focus on 100% corona vaccination. All young people should run a door-to-door campaign to ensure both doses of Corona.
