IndiGo issued an announcement following the backlash
Following the backlash, IndiGo Crew responded having a statement. Within the statement issued on Sunday, IndiGo stated it’s an inclusive organisation that respects regional diversity and serves the country with no bias or prejudice in most respects.
“We employ crew all regions plus they speak different languages which are a fundamental element of the variety in our vast country. Our crew, like a standard operating procedure, makes bulletins informing our customers from the languages the crew can speak and understand with that particular flight,” the air travel stated.
Additionally, it clarified the way the passengers have to under your own accord perform standby for just about any emergencies that could occur. The statement clarified that you should bear in mind while sitting close to the exit doorways.
